Amazon is no stranger to opening new services and ideas. Recently, the company launched AmazonFresh a way to get your groceries from the comfort of your home. Now Amazon has recently just announced that the service is available to those located in San Francisco. This makes three cities that offer AmazonFresh.
AmazonFresh is a service that will grant users the ability to shop for groceries from their home just by ordering through Amazon’s warehouse. The servie first launched in Seattle but has since added Los Angeles and San Francisco. How this works is that anyone who lives within these cities can order goods from Amazon’s warehouse and it will be delivered within the same day if not the following morning.
Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. otherwise the shipment will not reach your doorstep until the following day. Like most of Amazon’s services, there is a fee users must pay in order to receive AmazonFresh. This fee is a bit pricey coming in at $300 a year but if you find yourself shopping quite a bit on Amazon then you may find the service of use. This fee will also grant free two day shipping for other select items within the online marketplace.
